Fibromyalgia patients have a hypersensitivity of their nervous system that causes hyperalgesia (increased sensitivity to pain) causing them to feel pain in many parts of their body.  In addition, they have mood and sleep disorders and extreme fatigue, all of which may be caused by deficiencies in their endocannabinoid system that causes inflammation within their nervous system.

The anti-inflammatory nature of CBD helps to reduce this hyperalgesia and, with other cannabinoids, it reduces the pain, mood and sleep disorders, and overall mental health.  Given the poor results found with most medications used to treat fibromyalgia, cannabinoids have been rated as the most effective therapy for fibromyalgia.

However, at this time, the FDA does not recommend CBD for the treatment of anxiety and/or fear.

question in which I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head
prior to writing. I have had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my
thoughts out. I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes
tend to be lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints?
    Many thanks!

    1. Sorry, no really new hints or ideas. I just read the research articles, outline them, organize them, and start writing.
